Vikings once again without starting center Garrett Bradbury

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — For the third straight game, the Vikings will be without starting center Garrett Bradbury. He was inactive for Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers as he continues to work through a back injury.There was hope Bradbury might be able to play after being a limited participant in practice this week. He has played less than 10 snaps this season after getting hurt in the Week 1 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.On the flip side, pass rusher Marcus Davenport was active for the Vikings. Shirley Washington inducted into the Silver Circle

FOX 2's Shirley Washington was inducted into the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences' Silver Circle at the Mid-America Emmy Awards in Branson. FOX 2 also won an Emmy in the breaking/spot news category. Only 10 people live in St. Louis County’s smallest village The Silver Circle recognizes professionals who have performed distinguished service within the television industry for 25 years or more. The academy not only considers their work in the newsroom, but also the impact members have had on their communities.Shirley gave a beautiful, heartfelt speech Sunday night. Inmate dies at the St. Louis City Justice Center

ST. LOUIS -- Another inmate dies at the St. Louis City Justice Center. Jail officials tell our partners at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Juwon Carter, 44, suffered a medical emergency around 2 a.m. Saturday.Prior to Saturday there had been at least two inmate deaths at the Justice Center this year.FOX 2 Previously reported both occurred in a two-week stretch back in August.Missouri court records show carter had been in custody since May of last year on second-degree assault and involuntary manslaughter charges after the death of his infant son.

Denver man escapes Jefferson County jail by hopping delivery fence

Teen shot and killed at Southlands Mall in Aurora

Aurora police are investigating a Saturday night shooting that left one teenager dead in a Southlands Mall parking lot.Officers responded to reports of a shooting around 8:30 p.m., and when they arrived on the scene they found a male teenager suffering from a gunshot wound, according to a statement from the Aurora Police Department on X.#APDAlert Officers are investigating a fatal shooting outside the Southlands mall.When officers arrived they found one juvenile was suffering from a gunshot wound. 3 juveniles arrested for possession of stolen vehicle; 2 charged with robbery

Police detained three teens after they were found in a stolen car in Simi Valley. According to a Simi Valley Police Department release, authorities in Los Angeles provided their Simi Valley counterparts with information referencing a possible stolen vehicle out of L.A.  SVPD officers spotted the vehicle around 9 p.m. Saturday night in the 3800 block of Stell Drive and made contact with the three occupants.  Man dies after driving off cliff in San Pedro “The stolen vehicle was occupied by three juvenile male suspects who were detained and subsequently arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle,” SVPD said in a statement. “During the detention and investigation, it was later discovered that two of the juveniles had committed a robbery at knife point earlier that day in the Los Angeles area.” Officers seized the stolen vehicle and the weapon used at the scene. All three teens were booked into the Ventura County Juvenile Hall and booked for possession of a stolen...
