(KRON) -- A 17-year-old was recently arrested for driving under the influence and crashing his car into a street sign, according to the San Mateo Police Department.  COVID home eviction moratorium ending in Oakland The driver, whose blood alcohol content reached three times the legal limit, crashed into a Central Park sign. Serbia halts arms exports after US sanctioned the country’s spy chief for alleged illegal arms trade

BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) — Serbia suspended all arms exports for 30 days, the defense minister said Friday, just days after the United States imposed sanctions on the Balkan country’s intelligence chief over alleged illegal arms deals and other criminal activities.Defense Minister Miloš Vučević said that the export ban is necessary in order to fulfill the needs of the Serbian army and boost its combat readiness amid the simmering crisis in the Balkan region.“It does not mean Serbia is going to war or calling for war, but we are looking at all security risks and challenges,” Vučević said.Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić first announced the move several days ago. Westminster woman killed in suspected drive-by shooting

DENVER (KDVR) — Police are investigating a possible drive-by shooting that killed a woman in Westminster. Westminster Police responded to a home in the 8500 block of 88th Place at 12:30 a.m. Friday on reports of a shooting. When officers arrived they found an adult woman who had been shot. The woman was taken to a local hospital where she died from her injuries. 2 shot while driving along I-70 Friday morning Early information from the investigation led Westminster Police to believe this was a drive-by shooting. WPD said there were five adults and five children inside the home when the shooting took place.WPD said there will be a heavy police presence in the neighborhood while they continue their investigation. Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting is asked to call Westminster Police at 303-658-4360 and select option 2.The identity of the woman will be released by the Jefferson County Coroner's Office.
